1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, parts, and documentation intact.

  • A return authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our support team before sending any product back.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Electrical parts or sensors (once installed or connected)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Products damaged during installation or due to improper handling

  • Items returned without authorization or beyond the 30-day period

Note:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


4. Inspection and Approval

After we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to verify the condition and reason for return.
If the return is approved:

  • A replacement part will be shipped, or

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method (depending on your preference).

If the item is not in its original condition or is missing components, a restocking fee (up to 25%) may apply, or the return may be rejected.


5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or videos.
We will arrange a quick replacement or issue a full refund after verification.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted β€” a return will have to be initiated after delivery.
