All our used and replacement auto parts are carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure reliability, performance, and value.

This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to claim warranty service.


1. Warranty Coverage

Most products sold by Frandy Car Parts come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Defective parts or components that fail under normal use.

  • Incorrect parts shipped due to our error.

  • Non-functioning parts that do not perform as described.

If a covered part fails within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the defective part with a similar tested unit, or

  • Issue a refund (after inspection and approval).


2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during installation or due to improper installation.

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, or alterations.

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues.

  • Labor costs, towing, rental vehicles, or any other incidental expenses.

  • Electrical or electronic components once installed or connected.

  • Any product that has been tampered with, modified, or disassembled.

โš ๏ธ Note: All warranties are limited to the replacement of the part only, not any associated labor or repair costs.


3. Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty replacement or refund, please contact our support team within the 30-day warranty period:

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Part Name / Description

  • Description of the problem

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, weโ€™ll provide you with a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) and instructions for returning the part (if required).


4. Inspection and Resolution

All returned parts will be inspected and tested to verify the defect or issue.
If the product is found to be defective and within warranty terms, we will issue:

  • A replacement part (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

If the issue is determined to be caused by installation errors, misuse, or damage outside warranty coverage, the claim will be denied and the part will be returned at the customerโ€™s expense.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the part back to our facility for inspection.

  • If the warranty claim is approved, replacement shipping will be covered by us.

  • If the claim is denied, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.


6. Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
PAT SERVICES FT LLC (Frandy Car Parts) reserves the right to modify or update warranty terms at any time without prior notice.

The total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
